5. Use of the “Global Love Database” CRM System

We use the “Global Love Database” CRM system, provided by MATCHMAKING PRO PTE LTD., 51 Cuppage Road, Unit #10-07, Singapore 229469, for the secure management of profiles, preferences, and contact facilitation.

Who has access to your profile?
Your profile is treated confidentially and is only accessible to our matchmaking team. It is used exclusively internally for matchmaking purposes and is never published or shared without your consent.

• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – Consent
• Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR – Explicit consent (for sensitive data)

International Data Transfer
As the provider is located outside the European Economic Area, data transfer takes place on the basis of the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) as well as additional protective measures.

Retention Period

• Customer data: Stored during the contractual relationship and in accordance with legal periods (up to 10 years in Germany). Thereafter, deletion or anonymization.
• Database profiles: Remain active until deletion is requested. Annual confirmation is obtained, otherwise deactivation/deletion.

General Rule:
Data is deleted or anonymized as soon as it is no longer required.

9. Third-Party Providers & Processors

All providers are contractually obligated to comply with the GDPR.

Partner Matchmakers

In individual cases, Seven Heaven GmbH Matchmaking works with partners (e.g., USA, Canada).
Sharing only takes place with explicit consent and exclusively for matchmaking purposes.

These partners are independent controllers and may be subject to other data protection laws.

Transfers take place in accordance with Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

10. Newsletter and Marketing

When you register for the newsletter, we process your email address only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We use the double opt-in process.

Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the link in the newsletter.
